Position Title: Account Manager - CRM

Account Manager

Fast growing, well-funded and profitable startup is looking for an Account Manager to work with some of its most strategic accounts and help them grow their business. The qualified candidate should be passionate about the web and about growing online business with a proven record in online promotions and management of high profile clients.

The account manager will work with the world's leading online brands to help them leverage the Company platform and drive their satisfaction and retention by understanding and communicating all client requirements.

Job Summary:
* Ongoing communication with high profile accounts - Effectively communicate and present the value of products and services to the clients to ensure their understanding of our full product offering and capabilities.
* Responsibility for account performance and revenue - Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business goals and identify ways to leverage products to support the clients.
* Ongoing Support and optimization of client's marketing efforts: acquisition, engagement and retention.
* Provide the product and marketing departments with feedback to help us improve our offering and communications.
* Work with various departments in the organization to optimize the account's performance (legal, analytics, marketing, etc.)


Essential Skills:


* Minimum 2 years experience with account management or building internet products or brands.
* Good understanding of online marketing and user acquisition/retention methods in the web .
* Excellent communication skills, Creative, thinks out of the box.
* Fast learner, resourceful/entrepreneurial, team player.
* Results driven, able to execute and deliver on tight schedules and constantly present new initiatives.
* Demonstrated track record in supporting revenue generation and cross-selling services
* Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Web programming, web 2.0 tools and graphic skills are a plus.


EDUCATION:
* BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
