Position Title: Inside Sales - SaaS

Account Executive - Inside Sales

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Account Executives are expected to cold call and qualify prospective clients, build a robust pipeline,
and close business. The ideal candidate has a successful, solutions sales background. An understanding of Internet technologies would
be preferable.
The majority of business will be conducted via phone. Account Executives will be expected to call into various groups within a
prospective client, in particular the IT group and the business line, and understand the needs of each.
Communication will be primarily with stakeholders in the organization's online presence and mission critical applications to include
the Marketing and IT departments. Account Executives must be comfortable selling to CTO, CIO and CMO executives as well as
senior network engineers. In addition to cold calling, you will have additional telemarketing support to enhance your prospecting
activities.

Responsibilities:

* Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities.
* Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments.
* Strategically managing your pipeline opportunities.
* Meeting internal metrics including: call volume, number of opportunities, dollars in pipeline, and closed business.
* Qualify business opportunities by proactively initiating outbound calls to senior level management and probing prospects to
determine needs.
* Manage prospect information using the Salesforce.com customer relationship management system.
* Arrange appointments to demonstrate our services to qualified prospects.
* Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
* Research prospective industries and companies to assess their suitability


Qualifications:

* Candidates should have a minimum of two to four years of sales experience, (solution sales approach) preferably in a high
tech environment and/or Internet technology environment.

* Consistent track record of success in closing business, creating and managing a robust pipeline, proven track record of
achieving/exceeding quota.

* Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented.

* The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate with senior level management, explain complex products and demonstrate
Internet services over the phone.

* Some knowledge of Internet architecture, technology, and/or infrastructure.

* Must have experience selling ASP/SaaS models or software sales experience

* Must have experience selling to IT as well as Line of Business General Managers

* Must have recent experience selling to New Business (Hunter).

* Sales training and experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual/complex selling is required (Miller
Heiman or equivalent training preferred)

* Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a plus.

EDUCATION:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
