Responsible for providing project leadership by working with cross function silicon development teams to create and manage silicon development schedules for mixed-signal audio products.

Organize and track activities ensuring project successfully completes on time and within budget.

Plan and facilitate necessary meetings and reviews.

Support and drive continuous improvement of an established product development process (PDP).

Maintain project documentation library per ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience managing complex integrated circuit development projects.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be familiar with project/program management tools such as MS Project
• Eexperience with product development cycles (concept to production).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must have worked with companies that design silicon
  

EDUCATION:

BSEE or equivalent
